We had been having a problem with our hvac for almost two weeks Tiffany had there guy out here five times an he could not seem to get it right no fault of hers she was the absolute best . So Tiffany called Jeramy they got together an decided to get a different hvac guy out here . So Tiffany had trevena call me an she recommended a guy name Reyler who had completely rebuilt her dads ac system . Reyler came out to take a look at it an as soon as the man walked in he knew right away what the problem was the first ac man had put in the wrong thermostat and it was wired wrong at the wall wrong at the furnace an at the outside unit . When the first ac guy came out he was out here anywhere from 3 to 5 hours every time Tiffany called to tell him it was not working so once Tiffany got permission to send a new ac man out an trevena asked if it was ok to send him . I said yes ma’am reyler was here early the next morning on a Saturday an had it all fixed up an running with the correct thermostat an all rewired an running in about 2 hours so my 5 stars ⭐️ once again go to Tiffany , Jeremy, trevena and Reyler the ac man could not of asked for the best four people to work with . Thank all four of you guys an gals for not giving up on me when I know I called a lot when it’s cold I have to have my heat when it’s hot I have to have my ac thank you all again so much an thank you so much Tiffany for sticking with me through it all an getting it all fixed. Thank you Jeremy for letting them get a different ac man out here . Thank you Trevena for getting the right man to do the job !!! And thank you Reyler for getting it fixed and fixed quickly . You are all the best 🫶 truly was a pleasant experience with you four 💕
