I am in town from Orlando. I needed a haircut and called in the morning. I was in with Belinda by 11. They were very accommodating and helpful as to give me addresses as I do not know my way around. I told Belinda my concerns and what my goal for my haircut was. She nailed it, explained what she was doing and how she was going to achieve what I was looking for. To wrap this up. I am a hairdresser and my first place I worked was a Toni & Guy. Can not help myself if one is in the area and can get an OG haircut.
Update: To their credit, the salon reached out and offered me a complimentary haircut with styling. I was very specific about wanting to go to the Matlock location—and I am so glad I did! Over there, I met Jojo, who was professional, attentive, and did a fantastic job with my haircut. He listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I walked out happy.
While my first experience was unacceptable, Jojo and the team at Matlock helped turn things around. I am happy with the end result—thanks to him.

I went in for a haircut with Tori yesterday and I have to say this is the first time in years I’m satisfied with a haircut. She understood what I wanted and was able to do it better than what I asked for.
