The Thompson Clinic year end review time... 🤓🩺👩🏼‍⚕️ Anyone who knows me knows how I feel, but let's make it FB official! Since joining the practice 3 years ago, my experience as the nurse practitioner for The Thompson Clinic has been immensely rewarding. We have expanded our specialized services & have seen tremendous growth, especially this past year! I am proud to be a part of this talented team lead by Dr. Thompson’s vision of optimized wellness. Personally I am proud to have found such an incredible mentor in Dr. Thompson and believe in the way he practices medicine and practices life. Professionally I am happy to have found a niche in concierge medicine that allows me to be "Extra💁🏼‍♀️" when it comes to advocating for my patients and protecting the greatest gift we were given, our health! The last 3 years have been an incredible journey, and I am looking forward to taking care of our amazing patients for many many more. I can't express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Thompson and his fantastic team, especially his NP, Jaden. After a decade-long search, Dr. Thompson's expertise in hormones has been a game-changer for my health. Dr. Thompson not only listens but also provides unparalleled accessibility. Having someone on call whenever I need support is a testament to their commitment to patient care. As a woman, having a close relationship with Jaden, Dr. Thompson's NP, has made all the difference. Jaden's approach has made me comfortable asking questions about my body, putting me completely at ease. It's a rare and invaluable aspect of their practice. I was looking at total knee replacement, I contacted The Thompson Clinic and they said that they possibly could help with out surgery. Made the drive to Texas and met with the Dr. We talked about what was going on, my X-Rays, Etc. Dr Thompson gave me a shot of I’m still not sure what haha, and he said give it 3 Months. Within days my knee was feeling a lot better. Was able to walk with minimal pain. ( I was dragging leg prior as it hurt so bad). About 6 weeks in I was doing GREAT!! Well the. I screwed up, came off of a horse wrong and all my forward progress just went backwards!! I went back to my knee surgeon and more X-rays now showed only need a partial replacement, great news! Paul’s shot helped! Well as luck would have it I contacted the clinic and they said they felt the shot was still working and give it some more time. I am now at the official 3 month spot since my visit at The Thompson Clinic and I am so happy to say, no surgery at all. Off of all my anti inflammatory’s (I’d been eating them like MM’s) no knee braces and I am climbing ladders, walking hills and getting so much better! Not sure if I will get back to 100%. But it sure has bought me some much needed time without and surgery. Thank you Sooooooo Much Dr. Paul and they rest of the wonderful staff at the clinic!!
