Where do I start. The instructors Hattie, Morgan and Lexie I met this past week were so nice and welcoming me to The Studio. I’m really looking forward to more visit and practicing yoga at the studio. Thank you to all the ladies that made this past week exceptional. I absolutely love The Studio. First off the studio is such a beautiful place and the natural lighting makes it more peaceful. Loren is so welcoming and such a patient instructor. This was my 1st time trying yoga and Lore has made me want to do yoga all the time. I left feeling so relaxed and empowering. If you’re in the Fort Worth area definitely recommend The Studio, all levels are welcome.

This studio is clean and inviting with a real community feel. All of the teachers are knowledgeable, and the yoga is a solid heated vinyasa style, perfectly blending strength with some softness allowing your nervous system to settle.
