From the moment I stepped into the facility, I felt welcomed by the teachers and students. The classes are excellent and educational. We are taught to honor our body and are encouraged to learn. The environment is peaceful and accepting. There are beginners like me to experienced yoga ?‍♀️ practitioners. I recommend Temple Road Yoga to anyone looking to improve their health, enrich their quality of life and stimulate their spiritual journey. Hi, Temple Road is a sacred place that inspires you to those high places of the spirit from which you can see more clearly and see more beautifully. I'm at a place of being more fully present with vigor, enthusiasm and passion because of Angel our instructor and all the loving people that's connected to Temple Road Yoga.
