He communicated the whole process, walked me through the healing time frame and after-care, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and is such a comfortable person to be around/conversate with. When I left I forgot to grab my ID back from him (on trend for me) and he literally chased me down and found me to make sure I got it back. Just shows the amount of effort and professionalism this shop provides for their customers.
