I had several roofing companies come to the door offering services. This company was the first to actually know the entire process and help with the claim and damages. I needed a LOT of hand holding and they did just that. They also provided an EXCELLENT experience in the roofing itself- crew was in and out in 1 day - impressive for roof size. The entire process was super easy and smooth with SWAT on our side. Brenner McDaniel our service representative assisted us with our inspection and took charge in meeting with the insurance adjuster to make sure all losses were recorded and accounted for. After the claim was approved it took only two days for SWAT to schedule coordinate and replace our lost property from the storm damages. The crew were all clean cut, courteous and proffesional throughout the process.
