I have been trained by Erick for more than 8 years. His expertise is evident in his client list. What I have always appreciated is that he works with what I have in any given day. When I am strong he pushes me. If I am injured, he assesses how my workout can benefit the recovery of the injury. The new studio is amazing. It's always clean and relatively quiet. I love the personal attention in private training. I feel that this environment and the programs Erick has developed benefit all clients regardless of age or ability— High school athletes, professional athletes, and just people like me trying to be healthy for life! Strength Studio provides an individualized training program that takes into account my specific goals. The one on one instruction gives me the ability to focus on taking my strength training to the next level - no generic one size fits all routine that other programs offer. The staff at Strength Studio is knowledgeable and welcoming. They help me set goals that fit with my schedule and offer me a solid physical challenge. The overall facility is clean, quiet, and organized which allows for a workout that helps me to focus.
