Before I made the appointment I called and asked about a $79 out of pocket promo same day frames. Let's just say I walked out spending over $500 (insurance) and it's been over a week still no frames. Customer reps are cool but the actual company seems sketchy. No one answers the phone or assists just calls over and over to ask if you want an eye appt. I want my frames and I want the customer service that was promised!
(Update) So I went back and Nikolas made things right! Like I said before reps especially the manager is awesome! My apologies I was upset originally but he explained the entire process throuroughly! And I got the frames I wanted in less than an hour...read full review
Incredible experience. The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect prescription and the perfect fit. You really don't get customer service like this anywhere anymore. Every need was met precisely and I got my glasses the same day despite my abnormally large head !
I came in on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing. I had lost my previous glasses and Lavonna was so happy to help. She was very warm and told me not to rush, but pick something out that would feel comfortable.
She was so professional and had a beautiful smile. Thank you!
