Absolutely terrible. Destroyed my hair and so unprofessional. I had an appointment schedule on March 23rd at 4pm. even paid a 55 dollar deposit. I did not end up getting my hair started on until 5pm due to her working on another lady’s hair. Not only that but my hair is ugly and destroy. My highlights are patchy and the roots are super brassy. I got my hair done for prom, senior pictures and graduation and wanted to go to someone “professional” so I could get what I wanted and even paid almost 350 dollars. My FAV salon in all the world. Not only do I trust Lorena every time with my hair. But you come out of here feeling important. Every time I leave Salon Grace my day is brighter. Not just from my haircut or color... I've gone in even just for eyebrow wax and just the conversation and genuine feeling of these people caring about what's going on with you is great! I will never go anywhere else, Salon Grace is Hair LIFE!!

Lorena is without a doubt the most creative, professional, and patient stylist I have ever worked with. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious and she makes you excited about your hair. I have had nothing but total confidence in her work and trust her to help me realize my hair's full potential. I won't go to anyone else!
