My dog tore both of his ACLs and had surgery here a year ago. The prices were very affordable compared to other places, and Dr. Rickords was so kind throughout the whole process. My dog Apollo is actually happy to go to the vet, he doesn’t shake or get scared at all. Dr. Rickords walked us through the entire procedure and recovery, which was so comforting and made me feel like they truly care about my pup, not just the money. When Apollo had a bad reaction to his stitches, I called, and they told us to come in right away, no stress, no judgment. He’s now thriving, running, and playing again!

Years ago I brought my dog here for a second opinion, and the team here quite literally saved her life. Today I am back to bring my cat, and I just want to brag on the team once again. First off on how thorough they were with my cat. But also while I was just in the parking lot I got to watch one of their vet techs follow a couple of elderly women out to their car, helping them with the step, into the car and putting the walker in the car as well. The amount of care, attention to detail and empathy the staff shows towards animals and their humans is the greatest I’ve ever come across.
They have always been fair with my babies, great customer service, on top of taking care of anything they need. A great texting service to make communication even faster and more efficient. The Dr was great with my Sophia, she was 18 when we had to put her down yesterday. Thank You for always taking such great care of our babies. We will be back with more in the future and will always highly recommend Rickords.
