Speaking as someone who was looking for a place for my mother to move into, I was very impressed with what I saw. I was hoping she would chose this place, but it wasn't meant to be. Cathy Porter, the Sales Director, showed my husband and myself around the first time, then we brought back my sister and husband to look around, and then the third time with all of us and my mother! Each time she was gracious and friendly, even after we had to reschedule at the last minute for one of those visits. She's just a lovely person, and I'll miss her bubbly personality! Anyways, we were very impressed with how updated it was, each time I was there something was being done in the public areas, new carpeting, new flooring, new paint. The company that owns it is in the Metroplex so they come by frequently. We had very friendly interactions with the residents, the meal we had was delicious, and the staff was very helpful towards my mother. The one-bedroom apartment was very nice, had a huge bedroom closet, updated ktichen, a nice view from the porches, just everything I was looking for. I feel that my mother would have been well looked after living here!

I recommend Ridgmar Place without hesitation. My 96-year-old father is not just living here but is thriving. The entire staff takes their job of caring for their aging residents very seriously and lovingly. It is independent living, and the nurturing, friendly environment promotes healthy, happy residents. The food is excellent and is served throughout the day. If extra care is needed, home health services can be added when covered by the resident's insurance. It is a comfort and relief to families to have a community like this one aiding in the care of our treasured loved ones.

I love these people and this place! I moved my Father here recently and I cannot say enough good about these wonderful, compassionate people. They are so kind; it has been so heart warming to see my Father happy and engaged with this community. He loves his apartment and the restaurant food! I call it a cruise ship on land - plenty of things to do, plenty of people to interact with - or they can just enjoy solitude in their apartments. He is happy and our family is thrilled.
