I also don't like the fact they advertise,
No Touch Car Wash.
But, what I do like is

The shine it gives is insurpassable, and even though it does use mechanical flaps and spinning brushes there are no
Micro Scratches that you would typically see.
The assistant manager was a great help.

Literally the best service I've received. Ever. I forgot my cards at home, hoping for tap to pay to be available. It wasn't - but Jesse and the other two gentleman working today WERE SO KIND. They covered my car wash, even though I offered to back out and return later. Such a sweet gesture from these gentleman!
