Upon entering the store I was greeted with a very warm welcome by a Michelle C. I asked her where they kept the cleaning supplies and she was kind enough to personally show me exactly where they were at. She even showed me all the other products they carry. Best customer service I have recieved in years from any establishment.
I went into Pop Shelf looking for crafts, and art supplies for my mom with early onset dementia. I was greeted by a sales associate named Kresha. She not only helped me with some great supplies, but actually listened to me, and gave me great input on craft ideas to do with my mom. She was above and beyond just a regular associate doing their job, but she took time away from the business of stocking, and facing the store for Christmas. I will definitely be back to pop shelf for the wonderful customer service. Kresha is management material, I was surprised that she was just a sales associate for the knowledge and care I received.
It's my first time coming to this store. I had good experience and staff were friendly. An employee name Michelle Cole , helped me when I needed help. She is professional, kind, sweet and polite. This store is so clean and I will be coming back.
