I have not had good results with this branch. Communication is poor, and scheduled workers often did not show up as promised. Reliability and follow-through need serious improvement.

I visited this people ready yesterday to set up my profile. When I walked in, I was greeted by a young and friendly lady who was incredibly helpful with my situation. I was very grateful for her assistance. After providing her with all my documents, she couldn’t get my profile up and running because I needed to attend an onboarding meeting. It had been a while since I last used the platform, but I felt better knowing that she could provide me with all the necessary information. She was very knowledgeable about the situation.
