The people working the front desk the last 3 times I’ve visited were so patient and kind when I had so many questions! They let me know the best way to achieve the tan I wanted and gave me a rundown of the beds and lotions available. They also let me know of promotions they were running and how to snag a great deal! Robbie/Robby helped me with my spray tan membership this week. By far THE BEST customer service experience I've had at palm beach. Super polite when I called on the phone the day before, friendly & clear about my account changes and charges when we discussed at the salon the next day. Both 7th street and Burleson PBT are great! Helpful, friendly employees. I spray tan. The facilities are clean and they supply you with everything you need for your tanning experience. ?
