Brought my daughters PC in because the chassis fans weren't working and the machine would crash at times. Mike was very helpful and did some poking around and found a cable for the fans was not connected. Plugged in and fans all work. Didn't charge for the time. Was told their labor rate is $95 a hour, billed in quarter hour increments if it had required heavier lifting to fix. Great experience all around, and will go to these guys if I have a need in the future.

This company is so amazing, I don't even know where to start! They went way out of their way to accommodate my situation. I dealt with Jeff directly and Mr. Graham (Owner) on the telephone briefly. These guys don't mess around. I had a software problem. They listened carefully, explained things clearly, made sure they understood exactly what I needed, called if they had a question and, in the end, presented me with a bill I felt was extremely reasonable! These guys are phenomenal! My daughter knocked off my old but reliable Lenovo desktop, shattering the screen and killing it. All was lost, or so I thought. I took it to On-Site and the genius Mike was able to recover my data and store it on an external drive. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. He also gave me pointers on what to look for in a new computer as well as recycled my old one. All this was done in the same day. Amazing!If you need you computer serviced I highly recommend Mike and the On-Site team.
