I see two practitioners through MBO. They have both helped me immensely and with grace and gratitude. I don’t know if names are allowed but Erika and Jacob are wonderful humans and I feel safe with them. They really do keep me on track towards my best self.
BMO is great in every aspect from the administrative staff to my therapist Laura, and my nurse practitioner Erika. They all take great care of me and my mental health has improved drastically since starting with them almost a year ago. I highly recommend them!
I’m very pleased with my mental health support @MindBodyOptimization. I feel like I am actually heard during my appointments. My NP is great. So glad I found the right group of specialist to help with my issues.
