“We’ve been using Cody for at least a decade. On July 4, we were out of town, and at 9:00 pm we were notified by a neighbor that we had a massive leak in our irrigation system, and water was cascading down our front walk. We texted Cody and Cody, Jr. Even though he was out of the immediate area and enjoying 4th of July festivities, Cody Jr. got to house and had the problem resolved by midnight. He then came by the next day and made sure everything was back to normal. There’s no way to measure this kind of dedication and service. “I give the staff 5 stars for sure, but I'm a little disappointed in the most recent visit I had. About 1 1/2 years ago, I had Jake's come out to repair a station that wasn't working. It was determined that the valve was bad and needed replacement. No problem, they did it and all was great. About a month ago, I noticed a water leak in my yard in upon inspection myself, I noticed a leak in the valve box for the same valve that was replaced. Called Jake's to come out and it was determined that the leak was coming from the connection between the valve and the pipe. Now I understand warranties and that they expire, but I firmly believe that this connection should have lasted more than it did...........and the recent technician even stated that the connection wasn't straight and "possibly" could have led to the leak. The leak was fixed in about 2 1/2 hours and I was billed about $350. I certainly didn't expect it to be done for free, but there should have been some concessions on the price based upon what was leaking and the "possibility" that it was workmanship failure. I like Jake's and what they do and service they provide, I just don't think the cost for this service is justifiable based on what was discovered.“

I had several questions regarding the care of my lawn and he was very patient with me and answered every one to my satisfaction. Unlike other companies I have used who treated me like I was one of their cattle herding me along.I would definitely recommend Weed Man Lawn Care, especially if Austin is example of its workers!“
“I used Buffalo Outdoor (First Cut Lawn Service) for 3 years. They were great! The lawn was always cut weekly by the time I got home from work for that day. I never had to think about it or use my (very) valuable time off to do it myself.The grass always looked crisp and so did the edges.Customer service was friendly and always returned calls from voicemail, if needed.“
