Our dog was under the weather in the middle of the night and had an incident on one of our nice rugs. Cleaned it up best we could and immediately called around for quotes/cleaning same day.
Kite's came and picked it up that very morning at 10am. The price of the cleaning.. I thought was high; as the quotes I received prior were much lower. The rug/carpet cleaning department was closed; so I came back today (Monday).
Miguel gave me a tour of the rug cleaning portion of the facilities, unrolled my rug, and even had video of my rug being cleaned.

Customer service was exceptional and the provided outcome was as expected. My issue is with pricing. They charge $11.30 to clean a cotton polo whereas the competitor around the corner charges $4.89. I take extreme exception to this. They told me it was because they are custom. Come on, the process to dry clean an item is the same whichever business you use. Also, they shrunk an expensive linen shower curtain by 5”. They said, yeah, that can happen. I will not be a repeat customer.
