My boutique is inside J&S Salon, so I have a front row seat watching the level of professionalism, creativity in styling, &how clean the owner, Ria always keeps the shop. I am also a loc customer, and all of the ladies of J&S have done my hair. I don't have a favorite because they are all amazing in their craft.
