I have used Catholic charities dental several times over the lat several years. Not the best, but they have been courteous and helpful. Someone in my financial situation can't be too chooses. In December 2023 I broke a tooth and needed it pulled. I had to wait several days for an appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I was in a lot of pain and needed a tooth pulled. She was more interested in updating my X rays. I explained three times that it was very painful, but she only wanted to make an appointment for scans. I thought we had an understanding that we could do both in one visit. On the 14th I arrived for my appointment and was told that it would be $75 for my appointment today. That I would have to make another appointment for the extraction. She went into the back and spoke to someone about doing the extraction. She acted like my dental emergency was a major inconvenience to her. I waited for about ten minutes while the Dr ignored me. I left and spent the rest of my day at the JPS emergency room waiting to get the broken tooth pulled. I would like to than Catholic charities dental for humiliating me and wasting my entire day. As far as the $25 fee for missing my appointment that I was on time for. I don't need go into detail about what they can do with that.

I have to give a review for the dental clinic at Catholic Charities in Fort Worth. They really went above and beyond to help me out with my dental work. I would recommend them to anyone. I love them

Be prepared to be very disappointed with their transportation services. It is a "shared ride" which means every day, there can be a different driver, different vehicle. The new system alerting customers when they will be picked up and dropped off is very inconsistent and not always working. They change the rules constantly and don't inform the customers. Today, my son has no pick up but a return and he's been going to the same place every day for 3 years. When I called, they told me I have to call every month to keep him on the list! If you have a job to get to, and your family member is taking this service, be prepared to be late or absent.
