Very disappointed with Hickman Company as a property manager. Communication was consistently poor, and getting responses to questions or concerns took far longer than necessary . Maintenance issues were slow to be addressed, and follow-through was lacking. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and frustrating, and expectations were not clearly met. I would not recommend Hickman Company to tenants or property owners looking for reliable management.

Elevator is constantly broken with no explanation, I have been locked in the building with no assistance to get out and had to leave through an emergency exit. Door is constantly locked so I cannot get into work on time and property manager instead of assisting, decided to get angry and sassy with my coworkers and I. Horrible ownership.

no security my car got broken into and stuff stolen and have contacted the security and the property manager neither were willing to try to help me out. i see cameras outside and some how they don’t work. terrible service. property manager was mad at me for my car getting broken into and has treated me differently ever since. with rude comments and constantly looking at me in a rude manner.
