HFX Foundation was a positive & smooth experience all round. I'd initially attempted to contract a different 'highly reviewed & well rated' company but my experience trying to setup job over course of WEEKS was hardly the "pinnacle" of service. So I called upon HFX and they were perfect from start to finish. Communications with office was always immediate & efficient. Aaron was quick to inspect my 1947 pier & beam and asses the area needing attention. He put together a very reasonable quote and sent over promptly. Old pier beam structures are different home to home (especially when plumbing/sewer & gas lines are involved) so I appreciated Aaron's experience & flexibility in planning a job to match our 'specific' needs. The crew arrived as scheduled, were professional and communicative updating me as work was conducted, and completed project by lunch! They worked out my foundations 'specific' needs and accommodated accordingly. Efficient communication, professional & pleasant in every way, very personal attention to client & project, quick job & crew, and fair competitive price. I'm confident recommending HFX and I'm grateful I found them!
