Sensei is very knowledgeable, yet he is so humble and kind. Everyone is also really nice, I never feel judged. Tai chi is for ANYBODY regardless of activity level, age, etc. It’s a great way to decompress after work or whatever happened in your day; you feel at peace here. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful dojo and sensei is very good and patient teacher. The energy is very calming and healing.

I have been with sensei and Dana and mike along time the tai chi class easy but also hard because you have to pay attention to every part, same as in karate , but in karate you pay the price if you don’t get it right I really look forward of going to sensei classes OUS
