When I called to set up appt I was on hold for 45 minutes then appt date came I was told to go get my sons school id only to return to be told my insurance isn’t accepting which she verified before I left to get his id card. They are very unprofessional and u organized. They need better workers for scheduling and receptionist. They had folks waiting past appt times and the office space and environment isn’t welcoming. I don’t recommend THOS PLACE FOR AN ANIMAL

Don't choose to go here. I've still never met the doctor and being told to pay several different amounts when I call or visit is insane. It's almost like you're bothering them. ?

I tried to make an appointment for my physical check up green card which costs $450/person. I kindly asked what vaccination I need but she told me she doesn't know. I have to speak with a nurse, but she cannot transfer to a nurse because I am not a patient. However, I have to know what vaccination I need for physical check up before I pay 1500 $ for my family. some doctors requires different vaciation and 2 weeks is not enought for doing all vaccinations. She could ask herself to a nurse and tell me and all other clinics tell me what I need and all procedures.
I called 2nd time and then another person pick up the phone. asked again what I need for physical check up....read full review
