I just left this nail salon. I went for pedi and the tech guy was very rough with my cuticles. He was really jamming his tool during the cuticle cutting process to the point that I began to feel discomfort and anxious. Then he proceeded to scrape underneath the edges of my toes with that little hook they use but he went a little too far/deep in there. It hurt and I told him to be careful of not going too deep with that hook in my toe and he accidentally hurt me again by again going to deep under my toe. I asked him if the tools he was using were clean and he said yes but I didn’t truly believe him. “Hopefully I don’t get and infection from this” I told him.
