F45 is awesome! The workouts are entirely functional with low risk of injury and have significantly improved my quality of life outside of the gym. They offer a great variety of full-body strength, cardio, and hybrid workouts, which allows me to go to 4-5 classes per week without overworking specific muscle groups. Additionally, Waterside is a great community of people, and the coaches are phenomenal – Andrew and Parker were the first coaches I met, and they were incredibly welcoming / helpful, which was ultimately a big part of why I went from ClassPass to membership. Would highly recommend!
The class was intense, well paced and challenging from start to finish. I loved the circuit format and variety of exercises. It kept me engaged the whole time and pushed me past my comfort zone in the best way.
I've always dreaded working out...until I found this gym. I've never been to a gym where the coaches are so positive. I know I would never workout like this in my own, and the coaches here push me to be better. I told Coach Parker and Coach Lewis my goals for the next 6 months and they've wasted no time in helping me get there. Coach Dylan and Coach Hunter really do a great job at pushing me as well. I always leave the workout feeling like I did real work.
