Customers have had great experiences with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who take the time to answer questions and ensure a comfortable visit. Assistance is offered readily. The office stands out for its customer-oriented approach. The Hulen St location offers excellent service, from a warm welcome to accommodating last-minute eye exams. The staff is excellent from the front desk, to the eye tech and glasses expert. Staff matters and everyone there was absolutely amazing! They are quick and efficient for appointments. Great people at the front desk and Dr. Cross was great, very knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. Thank you! MyEyeDr. provides a positive atmosphere for eye care and glasses shopping, leaving customers satisfied and eager to return.

I’ve been a patient at this office for about three years, and I continue to be so grateful for the wonderful team here. At my most recent visit, my vision benefits weren’t pulling up due to changes in my insurance, and the entire staff showed so much patience, grace, and understanding while we worked through it.
It was my first time meeting Dr. Johnson, and I was so impressed by her genuine care, kindness, and professionalism in the exam room. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for.
