I dropped off a comforter to get cleaned, and it seems a little dirtier now than how I dropped it off. There was what looked like pet hair on it now, and I don’t have any pets. Also there was some dirt on it that I haven’t seen before, and a little stain that wasn’t removed. It looks like all they did was spray some Febreze on it.

Worst dry cleaner ever. Nearly every pants I own constantly get double creases, I usually just dealt with ti since they are close to work. However, I had several pair of pants that has lint and fuzzies all over them after I got them cleaned. They take no care in their work, and do not care about their clients. I will never again use them. If you need your cloths cleaned and pressed properly DO NOT COME HERE.

I finally had enough and I'm completely done with this place. They consistently attach clips to shirts when pressing them, and I end up with deep impressions of the clip they use on the front of EVERY shirt. I had to go to a funeral with a shirt that was botched up, all due to their pressing systems. They also don't know how to starch and press jeans. When I asked them about the jeans issue, they said it's because of how the jeans are made.
