I was able to meet with Dr. Marta Otero because of a comp/pen exam through the VA. I found Dr. Otero to be very professional and compassionate, which was a big relief because VA claims can be very intimidating and stressful for us vet's. She took time to answer any and all questions I had and made me feel comfortable about the situation. Thank you Dr Otero for what you do for our service men and women. Dr. Otero was the most compassionate, caring, understanding and professional Doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I truly felt she listened and understood my feelings and gave me just advice. The conversation was two way and complete. I would highly recommend Doctor Otero, thank you ma’am.
