Very friendly and loving to the kids the lady I seen for my daughter was amazing she explained everything to me and was very nice and answered every question a parent would have..
I love this place and its actually bittersweet that our time here is nearing to an end. Very sweet people and likeable. My daughter and I have been going there for almost 8months. She is in the middle of her 2nd headband treatment and only has 6 weeks of treatment left. and she had improved so, so much. I like all the specialists, staff and receptionists. The one specialist who we see regularly, is Erica. My now 1 year old, has grown comfortable around her and the office. Her favorite toy is the light up ball they use to get pictures done. she laughs and smiles every time, even with the netting over her face, she is happy with that toy the best. I especially love that they clean each table and all the toys before the next child is seen at that station. They also provide coverings to put on over your shoes, before stepping on the play mat area. The open toddler play area is always kept clean and their is germX, clorox wipes and diaper wipes available for use as well. clean environment, sweet people and always great with any questions and/or concerns. I will be sad when we won't have to come back anymore, just because of the people who are so sweet. thank you all.
We had an awesome experience at Cranial Technologies & just graduated from our 2nd helmet today! Our sons head has come from a severe flat to looking like a normal little boy & we are just so happy that we found out about the doc band! The staff is SO welcoming & the bands work wonders/miracles in our little ones head shapes! So thankful for all that Cranial does!
