Thank you Mark Flanagan. Thank you to the crew who were respectful of our house, our yard, and our plants. Upon completion of the job, you couldn't even tell work had been done, outside of the beautiful new roof. There were no nails on the ground, no trash left anywhere, and no debris from the old roof or the new supplies. Mark, your communication was was fantastic, explaining the job, providing options and direction, and helping us navigate the insurance process. This is probably the most heartfelt review I have ever written. Compass Roofing was definitely the best decision we made for our roofing needs. Mark Flanagan is an extremely patient, detail oriented, considerate, and highly knowledgeable person. He guided us throughout the entire process, from filing a claim and negotiating a settlement to thoroughly investigating any damages that were missed by the insurance company. He also helped us decide on any repairs and fixes down to the last nail.
