Went to my first class tonight and had a fantastic experience. Fall, the instructor, couldn’t have been more welcoming. I appreciated that she took some time to get to know and my limitations. She made the class a lot of fun and something I’d want to keep doing.
This was my first class and I was nervous if I'd be able to keep up. Jaclyn is an incredible instructor and was methodical and descriptive of how to maneuver through and would come by and help you make tweaks. I stretched muscles i rarely use. loved it and am excited to go back!
Went in to find out about the membership and class. Nikki was fun to work with and she makes sure you're posture is correct during the exercise to ensure you get the full benefit of the workout.
