I highly recommend Chase Realty DFW when looking for a realtor and especially their agent Kathy McDonald. Kathy helped make a complicated process very easy with her extensive knowledge and guidance. Every time I needed her (which was a lot) she was immediately available. I cant thank her enough.

Chase recently helped my family find a new home in Little Elm. Chase listened to our needs ad's went above and beyond to get us into our new home. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chase helped us find a 2nd home and also helped us rent out our 1st home, both within the target dates we had set in our mind. He helped knock off almost $8k from the homes listing price, which is a big deal considering its a sellers market in DFW. Being a bit apprehensive about renting out our home, he drafted out the lease for the rental property in such a way that we had all our bases covered.

He always had our interests in mind and explained in detail how we could turn around something we didnt like in a property which helped us keep an open mind. It was an added advantage for us that Chase also has extensive experience in fixing up/remodeling homes. He helped...read full review
