C.T. Rugs offers excellent service for cleaning and repairing rugs. The owner, Tom, is knowledgeable and committed to his work, earning trust from customers. While the experience is highly recommended, visitors should plan to spend some time chatting, as the owner is a character who genuinely enjoys sharing his expertise. Tom's wife, Carrie, testifies that he is 100% dedicated to his love of rugs and will treat each one as though it were his own. He takes pride in his work and is willing to wash rugs multiple times to remove stubborn stains and odors. Customers have had fabulous experiences at C.T. Rugs, and the owner's dedication to the rug business is evident.
This is the absolute best rug store! We had a rug that we dropped off before COVID happened, and completely forgot about it for 5 years. Well today, we went to pick it up and the owner found it so fast, and we were able to bring our rug home! I cannot say enough great things about CT Rugs!!

We bought a semi expensive rug at a thrift store thinking we could get it cleaned and have a bargain. Instead of talking us into having it cleaned, he talked us out of having it cleaned and just keeping and using it for 5 years. I feel that speaks to his honesty and integrity. Super friendly guy also.
