I called Mike about a problem with the outlets in the bathrooms. He asked pertinent questions and we set up a service call. Mike had me send him a photo of the breaker box. A short while later we talked and he suggested checking the outdoor outlet. It had gotten wet after a big rainstorm. Great problem solving skills and he saved me a service charge. Excellent service!!
One night randomly all of the outlets in my four year-old daughter‘s room stopped working. I tried to fix it myself by going to the breaker and flipping it on and off, but nothing worked. I had no idea where to turn until I googled electricians in my area. Mr. Michael Burdman was the first name that popped up and after reading the reviews of his work I contacted him immediately. He came the next day and in less than 30 minutes, had me all fixed up. He was so kind, so personable, and incredibly sweet to my daughter who wanted to play right next to where he was working. Michael is awesome, and yes, Burdman Electric is 100% a real company. I called with outdoor outlets not working and he helped me over the phone to fix the problem without charging me. I will try to find a way to send a tip due to the excellent help and knowledge. Thank you again Michael!
