Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler

This company is terrible and so unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing and should be avoided at all costs. I had to manage the whole project due to errors being done over and over. They had to redo my outdoor kitchen due to them not being able to use a tape measure and not putting the appliances in correctly. They damaged my property and refused to fix it until I advised them that I was going to file a claim on their insurance and then they came out and did a crappy job to fix it. They installed dead grass to repair my yard where they absolutely destroyed it. These people have NO regard for your property. Like I said avoid this company I wish I would have.

I had a very concerning experience with this landscaping company while they were working on a neighbor’s yard over the past couple of weeks. Yesterday, on trash day, one of their drivers ran over two of the three trash bins in front of my home and came to a stop with one of the bins halfway under the front bumper of his truck.

Even more concerning, the driver appeared completely unaware of what had happened. When I approached the vehicle, he looked like he had been napping behind the wheel and seemed disoriented when I knocked on his window to wake him. He showed no acknowledgement of the damage or responsibility. Given the circumstances, I was left genuinely concerned that the driver may have been intoxicated.

This is not just a matter of property damage — it's a serious safety concern. After looking up other reviews, it seems this kind of behavior may not be an isolated incident. I would strongly caution others to think twice before hiring this company.

Never used this lawn service, but the men that work there are rude. They drive like they have road rage , cutting people off on city streets going 50 miles per hour while the speed limit is only 40

Places is not good at updating anymore time said It was open little sister and we went there and it was closed. They suck at updating their website. Do a better job.

From day one of calling Bryant, we were so happy with the service and professionalism. They came out the same week to provide us an itemized quote, printed with every detail priced out. They communicated well from beginning to end of the project. They answered their phones every time we called, and we always spoke to the same two women who provided corresponding information. Once Marcus and his crew arrived to begin the project, they worked so hard and the whole team was respectful and professional. They installed French drains along our backyard and both sides of the house. They prepped and leveled the yard, and they laid sod. They watered our flowers in the front yard that wasn’t even part of the area they were working on. They went above and beyond our expectations. By the time the project was over, we missed them being here every day? Thank you to Billy who got the project planned for us, and thank you to Marcus and his team who transformed our yard. I would absolutely recommend Bryant Lawn to anyone.

I hired Bryant Sprinkler to fix and update my sprinkler system that was originally installed in 1988 with minimal update since. The quote was accepted on 5/19 but Bryant Sprinkler was unable to send anyone out until 6/15. The quote included some reconfiguration to incorporate new landscaping throughout the yard and replacing several sprinkler heads that were old and no longer up to code. The new system was supposed to achieve better coverage and increase water efficiency. At the time, we also discussed some additional reconfiguration to parts of the sprinkler system because I was planning on pouring new concrete near the driveway. On 6/19 Bryant Sprinkler had to return for some drip lines they installed which were not functioning properly. on 6/27 they had to return because I noticed the sprinkler controller automatic setting was not functioning properly. During the week or two while Bryant Sprinkler technicians were coming to the house to make adjustments and more fixes, I also had my contractor pouring the new concrete that was discussed with Bryant Sprinkler. (Bryant Sprinkler technician had instructed me to ask my concrete contractor to install a sleeve under the concrete to be poured so that they could later connect a flowerbed to the rest of the sprinkler system.) Due to the adjustments and fixes that were needed, Bryant Sprinkler workers were on site on the same day the concrete was poured on 6/24. The sprinkler system ran smoothly for a month. Then Bryant Sprinkler workers returned on 7/21 to connect the flowerbed using the sleeve underneath the concrete but was unable to complete the work. They had told me that they were missing some tools or parts or something along that line. They then returned two more times on 7/25 and 7/26. At the end of 7/26, the flowerbed was still not connected and at this time Bryant Sprinkler workers told me that there was now a leak underneath the new concrete and they could not figure out where it was coming from. The leak was quite substantial. They promised that they would come out as soon as possible to fix the leak but they did not return until 8/2. They were not able to fix the leak that day and subsequently returned two more times on 8/7 and 8/8. On 8/8 they were finally able to fix the major leak. On 8/18, I noticed another major leak at another section of the new sprinkler system. Bryant Sprinkler had to return on 8/24 to fix it.Because of the leak and mistakes that Bryant Sprinkler made, my water bills were elevated for several months, around $500 a month compared with my usual bill of around $250. The month during which the major leak occurred, my water bill was just shy of $900. Bryant Sprinkler made no attempt to apologize for any of this and when I asked the office for assistance with the water bills they did nothing. During the process of trying to get everything fixed after their workers messed things up, they repeatedly questioned my descriptions of events and the severity of the problems.They accused me of causing the problems myself and repeatedly delayed corrective actions.I wish I had never called Bryant Sprinkler and never hired them. I would not trust them to come anywhere near my house again.

With dead and weed grass that resulted from 3 years of extreme cold/snow, extreme summer heat and a broken sprinkler system, our lawn both front and back looked horrible. The flower beds were overrun with dead leaves and shrubs or none at all that had been pulled. We had more mud in the front yard than green. We got a quote from James the week prior to spring break and after spring break the guys started the work. They instantly got to work, took the lawn down to dirt. They filled in holes to level out the land, repaired sprinkler heads, laid down fresh lawn and installed a few trees, shrubs and flowers depending on the areas. The work turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The workers were amazing and so nice to talk to. They worked with feedback and recommendations during the project and were also sweet with my special needs teen when he was out and about. The pics are from tear down to current. We have plans to use them again in the future to expand beds and lay down more grass areas but we're saving that from next spring. We are more than happy with the work the guys did and eager to use them again! I can't recommend them enough!

Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler repaired my sprinkler and George was on time, efficient, and very professional. They are very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them.
