They will ruin your credit and tell you they don't have your information when they are listed as the very company producing the hard inquiry. Speaking with someone there leads to a irritating circle of them not speaking to the issue and not assisting in something they created. Deceit is there calling card. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES NOR DIRECTLY, unless you want uncertainty and discord for assistance.

Paid off my loan a year ago, told they would send the title. Never happened. Called several times, nothing was done. Thought maybe I missed it or threw it away, or went to the wrong address. Go to pay to get the title myself, they never even released the lein on my vehichle so now I have to talk to them again.

Our vehicle was financed by GM Financial over 11 years ago. That vehicle was repossessed and resold. My paycheck was garnished for whatever reason they gave the courts. OK here it is 2025 and I receive another garnishment for that same vehicle!!! I'm NOW in the process of contacting my attorney, for he will ask for the original loan documents. He'll also ask for the documents regarding the resale of the vehicle to determine if the first garnishment was necessary. I hope this helps someone else whose going through being double and triple charged for a vehicle through this company.
