Zach and Nick knocked on our door after seeing our hail damaged Camry in the driveway. We were hesitant as we have had a lot of solicitors for this service. These guys were very knowledgeable and were able to tell us exactly what was needed and what they would need to do. They provided a written estimate and dealt with our insurance and the rental car company. They provided excellent communication and made the process as convenient as possible. We are extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism. I highly recommend American Auto Hail Repair.

I had two vehicles that had hail damage. Zack and Nick were very helpful in explaining the process for the repairs. They came out and picked up the car. They worked with my insurance agent on the repairs. Updates were communicated with me about the progress on the repairs. I appreciate knowing when I could expect my vehicle back. When the time came to pick up my vehicle I simply swapped the other vehicle for repairs. Once again I received communication on the progress. Zack an Nick took the time to bring the repaied car to my home. Both vehicles look great. I could not see any evidence of the hail damage. A few months after a major hail storm in DFW, I spotted an American Auto Hail Repair vehicle. I quickly jotted down the number and called when I got home. I spoke with Zach and he was nothing but professional when I called. We set up a date and time for him to go over the damage to my two cars. As I chased around my 2 year old, he did all the work and have me an estimate and an EtA of how long it would take.When it was time to bring the cars in, I was unable to do so due to once again, the 2 year old.
