Treavor was awesome. Treavors kindness, willingness to answer questions, and knowledge is what kept me from canceling my service. Upon arrival I was informed ameritech is now ideal, the prices are higher (more than double), and that i had an outstanding balance. What? How do i have an outstanding balance i asked. Well, ameritech failed to inform customers that their previous paid service didnt go thru because of some issue. As a customer, that would have been something good to know back in MARCH. Ended up having to relocate for work but Ameritech did an excellent job servicing our property while we had them. Their customer service team (Alyssa) was also extremely helpful and wiling to work with us through the move!
I have used Ameritech for 27 years. They have been excellent for customer service and their technicians have been great. Last year I had a wasp infestation late afternoon one day and Rick jumped through the hoops to come to my house the next morning and they Got rid of the wasps. ☺️This summer, we were entertaining houseguest, and we asked for a mosquito treatment. We paid $350, a lot more than we have paid for other mosquito treatments from other companies.This treatment did not work whatsoever.
