I have been going to ALS for 7 years, 4 different locations; this location is the only one I’ve had billing problems with. I consistently have issues with being double charged for my monthly fee. (Still hoping to resolve this month’s problem, 10 days after the error occurred…)
That being said, the stylists are nice and I’ve had good lash retention now that I’ve found the right stylist.

I got a lash tint & lift, the tint is great, dark just like I wanted. However, the lift, it looks like 3 eyelashes are curled and the rest are straight. Really disappointed about that because I went in more for the lift. And for $130, just wasn't worth it at all.

Her work ethic is consistently dedicated to providing the best service. She truly cares and I love that. No matter what, she always ensures that my lashes look perfect every time. It’s clear that she takes immense pride in her work, and that passion truly shows. Every appointment with her is a delight, and I always leave feeling fabulous!
