Always have had a good experience with them it’s only one person doing taxes and she’s good at it that’s why she has a lot of customers that’s why it may take longer to get a response. 2024 got my taxes in 3 weeks for 2025 it is taking a little longer but it’s ok tax return times vary for everyone my husband always got his. Make sure you ask her all the questions right there with her is what I have learned over the years she is a busy woman.

Can’t get a response, can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone. Just need some information from them. They were quick to respond when they needed my banking details but now I’m getting nothing. I don’t mind if it’s just taking extra time, but having no comunicación at all is frightening.
