Can’t get a response, can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone. Just need some information from them. They were quick to respond when they needed my banking details but now I’m getting nothing. I don’t mind if it’s just taking extra time, but having no comunicación at all is frightening.

Ive normally had a good experience here the past 2 years but after this years experience i will not be returning ive been to this office 2 times this weekend spending a total of 4 1/2 hours waiting she Is constantly late does not show up at the posted times then when i got my quote she said im getting 100$ back but if i pay her 400$ up front then i will get back 958$ how does that make sense at all absolutely terrible experience do not come here

This place is very sketchy. They never email you back after you decide to file your taxes through them. We have been waiting so long to get our return. We have a family member that goes through them also, they filed a week after we did and got theirs which is now a week after us! I'm not too happy because we are counting on it. It has been 2 days since we last emailed them and we have had no response, but yet their open on the weekend, Does that make sense? There is zero communication at all. If I could give it zero stars I would!! Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else that doesn't have 2.3 stars, That should've been a red flag from the start! Don't file your...read full review
