I am a retired grandmother. I was traveling from Tucson, AZ to Killeen, TX. My vehicle became disabled about 10 minutes outside of Fort Stockton. Affordable Towing was sent out and managed to find me, despite being given erroneous directions by Roadside Assistance. Rose continually called me to make sure I still needed a tow. She was super helpful in sharing my location. I am not tech savvy. Andres found me and was so professional.
