We had roof damage to our home requiring a new roof. Mr. Soto was knowledgeable and explained the process to my husband and I. He was patient and thorough and really took his time with all of our questions. He dealt directly with our insurance company to make sure we were protected and covered in this process. I cannot say how grateful we were to know we had him handling our claim and following it up until the end. Our roof turned out great and I am so grateful to have it all behind us.
