I highly recommend this shop for all automotive repair needs! Mike and the service manager were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood exactly what was needed to properly repair my truck.
As I sat and waited for my inspection I observed the courtesy and genuine caring that Mike and others showed with each and every customer ~ even the ones who called in to ask questions or schedule a service appointment. Oh…and they even provided great DISCOUNTS for nearly all repairs!

Service was great but it would have been 5 stars had the TV would have worked. For having to wait with nothing to watch wasn't that pleasant. I also would have LOVED if there was coffee. It looks like at one point there was a spot for it but no longer there. Jiffy Lube has fresh coffee waiting for there customers , plug outlets didnt work so i wasn't be able to charge my phone. Its the hospitality in businesses that should be presented to customers. Especially during cold seasons EVERYONE loves coffee.
