Ran over a piece of metal in oak cliff. Called my nearest Firestone in Duncanville, only to learn the only Firestone in the entire Dallas/Fort worth area with my exact tire is in Forney,30 miles away. It’s 530pm and they close at 7. I called the Forney location, spoke with Larry, and he physically confirmed and found that 1 tire. I asked if I hurried would they be able to install, he said sure. I pulled up at 620 pm and the entire store was still working to get all of their customers cars done and out. It’s good to see employees actually working and not just waiting around for the clock to strike 7 and they all rush out the door. They pulled my car in around 645 and was done at 7. They even put my spare back under my suv and tools where they belonged. The tire is normally 225 dollars but with the road hazard adjustment, tax and road hazard on new tire it cost me a whopping 56 dollars. Thanks guys for getting me rolling again quickly. Great job guys. I’ll drive the 30 miles for future service knowing the customer service at this location is awesome.
Jenna was really awesome. Such a friendly woman. Her customer service skills are outstanding. They fit me in and patched up my tire since I had a nail in it and I watched her deal with some crazy man in such a professional way.
