they don't really have time for more than 3 customers at a time. I understand the place is short staffed but please be honest and tell ppl it's going to be 15-20 minutes. they got me to a seat right away but had me sitting in cold water for 10 min before I got up and walked out. I feel bad but, it's a waste of my time and there's 20 other nail salons around. :(

Belle Nolia (new name, new owner)Service is good. However: New ownership, increased prices, AND 4% credit card fee = no thank you, and i will not return. There's a nail salon within 5 miles in any direction. I was a long-term customer by choice.

now remember why I stop going to nail salon ? as I sat waiting for my manicure & pedicure to begin in thinking why she didn't add anything to the water? Upon her return I ask about what kind peri they offer I choose the basic plus wax for my feet.so I ask her about why she didn't add anything to the water! She anwser they don't add anything to your water with basic manicure so basically my feet are setting in just room temperature water never again!!!!puls on top of that as their other guest finish their pedi .no one sanitizer the chair before setting the next personServices: Manicure
