Absolutely love my nails! I am in Florida 6 months a year and can't wait to have my nail care! I have been going to Bryan for a few years and can recommend him 100%! He is professional and courteous. As is the other technicians at the salon. The Salon itself is immaculate! A pleasure to visit! The salon is on Forest Hill Ave. in Greenacres! You won't be sorry and enjoy!!!
I wish my nails would've come out as good as some of the ones seen in these reviews I came in with a very clear vision of what I wanted my nails to look like. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill and 2 pedicures. The gentleman made me aware that the second pedicure (for my mom) would be done after mine (while I was doing my hands). I was fine with that. Long story short, everything went fine with my pedicure. The lady was super gentle and painted my nails perfectly. My hands was another story.. they had wrapped my hands while I was doing my feet and I didn't realize the acetone would eat up the added tip that I had gotten done about 2-3 weeks ago. It didn't hit me until I saw them unwrapping my fingers and saw the tip was gone. At that time, I told the gentleman I had an appointment for a refill. His response was, "we put full set, full set." I was so upset because I knew a full set compared to an acrylic fill meant more money. There was nothing I could do. The entire time I was set on getting gel on my hands until the gentleman said dip is better. My response was "no, I'll stay with gel because dip costs more and I am already spending more than I expected with this full set." He said "it's not that much more." He proceeded to do dip and at that point I was extremely upset. In addition to everything going wrong, I wasn't able to get the french I wanted because the color was too light and the white tip wouldn't have looked good. As he was finishing, he asked me to go wash my hands. As I was washing my hands, I noticed the color on my hands was extremely different from the color on my toes. When I came back to his station, I mentioned it to him and asked him to please put a layer of color using the liquid color (rather than dip) on top of what was already done. He agreed there was a color difference and shared that the colors were the same (both 169). He asked me again if I wanted to liquid color on top of the dip and I said yes. The color job was very messy and not done with care. Brush lines are visible and there are spots with a lot less paint. I was not happy After just 10 minutes of getting my nails done, I went to the grocery store and noticed the color had chipped off from one nail. I also noticed that some of my nails were thick and others were thin- I guess because of the dip. Ugh. Pictures included.
I will never go back here again. I had COVID and canceled my appointment and they refuse to accept me. David was extremely rude and hung up on me twice and wouldn't even listen to me because he was with another client. I'm extremely disappointed as i will make sure anyone and everyone i know never comes here. If i could rate 0 stars i would.
